This trail ride is being organized by the Utah Chapter of the Great Western Paso Fino Horse Association. Although membership within the GWPFHA is not mandatory to participate in this event, non-members must pay a higher entry fee per event day to become temporary members of the GWPFHA and be covered under the GWPFHA insurance. The Arizona Chapter of the GWPFHA in conjunction with the Southwest Horse Soccer Association will be putting on many events throughout the year, making memberships in both the SWHSA and the GWPFHA beneficial from a cost savings point in that you will be paying a one-time annual membership fee to belong to BOTH organizations.
An Individual Affiliate Membership in both the Great Western PFHA and the Southwest Horse Soccer Association is $35. This would allow the member full participation in all events by both organizations, but would not allow voting within the GWPFHA membership meetings.
An Individual Membership, with full voting rights within GWPFHA and membership in the Southwest Horse Soccer Association is only $45.
A Family Membership within both organizations is your best bargain at a cost of only $55 for a family membership.
Memberships would begin on October 1st and run through September 31st of the following year. Since we are nearly 3/4 of the way through this membership year, the Southwest Horese Soccer Association is offering FREE memberships for the remainder of the year with the purchase of a $25 Affiliate Membership within the Great Western PFHA. Taking advantage of this special offer will allow you to take part in the Moab ride at a cost savings of $30 for just the one event. The Arizona Chapter will be holding at least 3-4 soccer match events at Horses Help in Phoenix between now and the end of September, and becoming a member now will save you $5 per event.
